lean in… come closer

Days ago, I was inspired by my astrology friend Teri Parsley Starnes,( here is her blog, take a visit and you may read the article that inspired me.  http://starsdanceastrology.blogspot.com/ : ) to consider the idea of ‘leaning in” too.  Tho’ I take it to a different place (sort of) cause I’m not feeling a ‘lose of heart’ , I still found those two words stirred me up.  I made comment to it and she furthered shared this with me.

“Pema Chodron writes about ‘leaning in” too.  She wrote:  “  The next time you lose heart and you can’t bear to experience what your’re feeling, you might recall this instruction…  Change the way you see it, and Lean In.  Instead of blaming our discomfort on outer circumstances or on our weakness, we can choose to stay present and awake to our experience, not rejecting it, not grasping it, not buying the stories that we relentlessly tell ourselves,  This is priceless advice the addresses the true cause of suffering – yours, mine, and that of all living beings.”
